UH Sugar Land

Note: In November 2011, the UH System Board of Regents approved a measure that changed the name of the UH System at Sugar Land to the University of Houston at Sugar Land. In January 2012, with the approval of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, the change was made official.

The University of Houston Sugar Land, formerly called UH System at Fort Bend and UH System at Sugar Land, is a UH System center in Sugar Land. System centers are learning facilities where all four universities in the UH System offer classes to their own students.

Students that enroll in classes at an off-campus location are still regular UH students with all the same requirements, deadlines, resources and benefits as on-campus UH students.
