How do I register?
You can register for U.H. classes online.
The registration process for distance education is the same as for all U.H. classes.
See below for a few helpful registration tips.
Register online
Online registration is available Monday through Saturday using the university's Enrollment Services website. You can add classes, drop classes, and even pay your tuition and fees.
You can also use online enrollment services to change your address, check your admission status, view the class schedule, check your financial account status, make payments, check your grades, and request transcripts. Course sections that are already full do not appear in the online schedule.

Registration tips
To select classes, review the online class schedule for courses that meet your requirements. Consult an advisor if you need help.
When selecting a distance education class, make sure you undertand the class format (online, KUHT, cable, etc.) and what you will need to access the class.
If you live outside Houston, consider whether or not the class you want requires exams or meetings on campus. You may need to contact the instructor to find out. If exams will take place on campus, you can ask the instructor for permission to have the exams proctored at a location in your area. The best time to request proctored exams is before you register.
Once you register, pay attention to tuition payment deadlines. If you fail to pay by the deadline you will be dropped from your classes.
