If you can't come to campus
If you cannot come to campus for an exam:
Contact your instructor at the beginning of the semester and ask permission to take the exam at an alternate location.
If the instructor approves, notify the Distance Education Student Services Office at the beginning of the semester (or, at minimum, five business days before the exam). We will arrange for you to take exams under supervision of a proctor at a suitable location.
Suitable locations include any off-campus teaching center where we normally offer classes or an educational facility in your area. If our normal off-campus centers are not appropriate for you, be prepared to provide names and phone numbers of three local educational facilities when you call the D.E. Student Services Office.
If you are unable to come to campus for an exam due to a disability, contact the Center for Students with DisABILITIES.
