Getting advice at off-campus teaching centers
Distance education provides academic advisors at off-campus teaching centers to assist students.
Distance education advisors are available certain days of the week at the following teaching centers:
- U.H. System-Cinco Ranch
- U.H. System-Sugar Land
- H.C.C.'s John B. Coleman, M.D. College College for Health Sciences (in the Texas Medical Center)
Distance education advisors are available by appointment at the following teaching centers:
- The University Center at The Woodlands
A distance education advisor is also available throughout the week at the U.H. main campus.
You will still need to meet an advisor in your major department at certain times, which may require a campus visit. Contact individual department advisors to arrange needed appointments.
