Distance Education Academic Advisors
- Address the particular needs of UH students who use DE
- Provide basic information about degree programs that are accessible through DE
- Direct students using DE to other sources of help if needed
- Act as liaisons between you and your department if needed
- Provide unofficial transcript evaluation for students who wish to transfer to UH

- Questions about DE classes
- Selecting courses to fulfill university core requirements
- Deciding which other advisors on campus to consult
- Finding academic resources you need on campus
- Questions about gaining admission to UH as a transfer student. Prospective freshmen should contact the admissions office with questions.
- Unofficial evaluation of your transcripts for any previous college work you have done
- Advisor office hours may vary, so it's best to contact your advisor to make an appointment.
