Former U.H. students
If you are a former U.H. student, you may be able to continue taking classes.
Students in good standing
If you were in good academic standing when you stopped taking classes, you do not need to reapply for admission.
- Call the Office of Admissions and ask to reactivate your file: (713)743-1010, option 2.
- The admissions office will advise you if any credits need to be repeated.
- If you attended another university since your last semester at U.H., you will need to have transcripts from all universities attended mailed to the U.H. Office of Admissions.

Students placed on academic suspension
If you were suspended in your last semester at U.H. you must be readmitted.
- All suspended students who wish to be readmitted must apply through the University Studies Division (U.S.D.).
- Read the “Readmission from Academic Suspension” section on the U.S.D. website, and follow the instructions.
